What listing price do you recommend?

A REALTOR® has up-to-the-minute market data to help you set a fair price that will both attract buyers and get you top dollar.

What will your commission be?

Commissions are negotiable. Always discuss the rate up front. When a REALTOR®works with the buyer’s agent, they are required to pay the buyer’s agent commission, which will be factored into the price.

Can you explain the listing agreement to me?
